  I would like to comment on the excellent customer service I received from your Warrawong store this week. Right from the minute I paid for my products at the store ( Lorraine ) to the final delivery point (Brendan), the service was refreshingly excellent. I originally ordered 3 outdoor settings last Sunday which were delivered promptly the next day. However ,after receiving one colour different to the other 2 settings I rung the store the next day and explained the situation . One of the staff members said he'd follow it through and have someone call me on Friday to sort it out. I would just like to say that I was pleasantly surprised when his promise was kept. The problem was rectified and I had the setting exchanged within a couple of hours. It's a rare event to receive such excellent customer service these days so I thought it should be noted. Thank you to the staff at Warrawong for their professionalism, friendly service and more importantly, for their honesty & quality closure to what could have been a customer service nightmare.
