  Really appalling customer service and concidering that you work with families, please remember that respect is earnt not given as you all try demanding respect.
  Stay well away as the employees like nothing more than creating problems and twisting your words around.

  Minus 10⭐stars with my families experience as the alledged workers did nothing except hide behind a keyboard or phone receiver...
  
  They destroyed all family relationships that were in place by turning everyone against each other and after doing so it was supposed to be in my child's best intrest?
  
  Unfortunately it was in barnardos best intrest as they made everyone cut ties with each other and once barnardos achieved that, they could give conflicting stories to everyone else in the family which in turn has created conflict between our families as we were all being fed false information to deliberately get us fighting amongst ourselves.
  
  This is most definitely not how this organization should be run, but in fact it honestly is the case.
  People only give respect when shown respect not because you demand it.
  Life wasn't meant to be this way.

  Honestly more trouble than they are worth as they pick and choose who they help and if you have mental health issues they will only accelerate your decline all so they don't have to help you.
  
  Very judgemental and condescending is my honest review.

  A very negative experience which left my partner hospitalized for acute depression.
  
  None of the staff would own up were they went wrong while continuing to pass blame to other agencies and people.
  
  We never did get to the bottom of the situation, though were informed that it's a common practice among barnardos staff for them to undermine people and add to people's fears and anxieties as it makes it easier to right them off as unstable or unpredictable.
  
  A very important thing i read in a previous review was how respect is earnt not given, while they demand respect and show or give you very minimal.
  
  Thank you for reading my review and i honestly hope it gave you some insight as to how these very bitter people operate.

  Very deceiving and untruthful.
  Are masters of playing the blame game and lying to your face but once you catch them out (as i have) they try covering themselves by directly blaming others for their actions including other organizations.
  
  Most definitely not the way to treat people after they are already experiencing high levels of agitation and stress, though barnardos use those weaknesses against you to make you feel even lower than you already do.
  
  Please tell us all how that treatment and behavior is beneficial to anyone other than barnardos?
