    Ordered a lounge from Warrawong Plush in January 2022 was advised to expect delivery on 4 May. It is now mid June and still no lounge. Have phoned the deliveries team numerous times who first of all said delay till end of May, then it was delay to second week in June. Second week comes around and they say 22 June. You call the Warrawong show room they don’t get back to you and don’t want to know about it. They say deliveries will contact you back and they never do. It’s now 21 June still no word from Plush so I contact them again now they say lounge is expected to be at the port second week in July but who knows really if and when the lounge will ever show up. Would never buy from Plush again.

    We purchased our new lounge from Plush Warrawong store. The sales staff were extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Our lounge was delivered last week and we LOVE it! It fits our space perfectly and is everything we wanted. The delivery guys were fantastic. They were nice and took extra care including putting protective carpet stickers on the bottom of the lounge as we have hard wood floors. I had completely forgotten to get them! They cleaned up and took every bit of rubbish. Couldn’t recommend them more! Such great service from showroom to delivery.

    My lounge was due to be delivered over a month ago. (Ordered five months ago)
    The number on the website won't return calls.
    I stay on hold for 30mins at a time only to be hung up on.
    The website tracking still lists my estimated delivery as being over a month ago.
    They won't reply to my facebook messages requesting an update
    They won't reply to my emails.

    So no lounge, no updates and no one getting back to me.

    I've bought 4 lounges from Plush over the last 11 years totalling over $16000. Bought our latest lounge in January this year. I'm giving 1 star based purely on customer service.
    My son took his teddy into the store when we bought the lounge. The following week the store called us chasing up the deposit balance and mentioned he had left his teddy there and they would leave it at the front desk. I returned 4 weeks later to find out they had thrown it out. I called the manager the following week as he had had an operation and was crying for his teddy which upset me a lot as he got this teddy for his first birthday. I explained that I am an emergency services worker and also going through a major home renovation with 3 kids under 6 years. I had simply forgotten he had left it there. I was upset that they had thrown out such a sentimental thing without even a second phone call to me. The manager was rude, unapologetic and placed all blame squarely on me. She took no responsibility what so ever. As I stated to her had they been chasing me for payment they would have called more than once and and fact that someone couldn't have some sort of common sense when deciding whether to throw out something that was obviously sentimental to a small human being is beyond me. She showed me such a disregard and lack of empathy for the entire situation. Customer service doesn't end the moment you pay a deposit. I won't be buying from this store again.

    Thank you to Viki and the other gentleman (sorry I don’t think we got your name) for such a great experience buying our sofa. We came in on a Saturday and the gentleman salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable about the stock. We were able to quickly and easily pick out the sofa we liked and he was happy to leave us to sit and discuss.
    So we went home and slept on it then came back the next day to purchase, and ended up talking to the show room manager Viki.
    Viki was fun and so so helpful and just made buying a sofa all around fun and stress free.
