  I purchased a Bosch front loader washing machine paying more than $1500. Two sales people advised I would receive approx $80 store cash as part of their Jan promotion. One assisted me to download Google Wallet and add The Good Guys. I was told it would be added to my wallet in approx 14 days or so. I waited. I gave it 16 days. Nothing. I emailed The Good Guys.
  Their customer "care" team advised me my purchase did not qualify. I asked them to explain how it did not qualify? No answer. Have not heard from them since. Wont be returning and have told family and friends to do the same.

  Great service and best value for money! We recently purchased our kitchen appliances & vacuum cleaner from here and the team was able to price match with competitors and give the best pricing. A special shout-out to Ronan who has the best customer service in the biz – friendly, knowledgable, and super helpful. We'll be back again for any future purchases!

  I bought a toaster oven (display model) and received “free gold concierge service”. The sales rep said that they would change the price of the oven, which disallowed me from using any price match services, as the customer service is terrible and would not understand my position. Then, when I went to return it, I would only get the price of the oven - $30 even though I had not used the gold service. Absolutely terrible sales rep completely screwed me over, please do not buy their extra gold service as their support team was slow to respond and did not help at all. Would give zero stars if I could.

  I purchased several kitchen items including a new oven. Such accommodating and helpful staff are hard to find these days. Their honest answers to my questions was particularly appreciated. The staff certainly made my buying experience a pleasant one.

  The level of professionalism, product knowledge and manner was excellent.
