The iron weights, the old school feel, the staff. You get motivated just by walking through the door. So many inspirational physiques and trainers to help you get real results and achieve your goals. Aventus is not just a gym to me. It is a sanctuary. Therapy for my mind and body. It has allowed me to build the strongest version of myself mentally and physically. Daniel Murphy has truly built a place where you can feel comfortable training yet be inspired at the same time. Wouldn't want to train anywhere else.
